Our insurance policy includes medical, dental, and vision with low office visit copays and preventative covered at 100%. Spousal and dependent coverage is available too for a low monthly premium cost. Free Basic Life and AD&D Every benefit eligible team member is automatically enrolled in a $25,000 Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy. Free Short Term Disability Ensure you will still have a source of income if you need to be away from work for up to twelve weeks with our Short Term Disability plan. It will cover up to 60% of your weekly earnings to a maximum of $300 for up to twelve weeks of unpaid leave.
